She has represented employers & employees in employment and civil rights matters in various federal and state courts and in administrative forums, having litigated cases primarily involving issues on the following matters: sex, race, age & disability discrimination; sexual harassment; retaliation; equal pay; wage and hour; the U.S. Constitution; retirement contribution & benefits; COBRA; fair housing; workers’ compensation retaliation; unemployment (or reemployment) compensation; teacher fitness for employment; The Law Enforcement Officers’ Bill of Rights; breach of contract and employment-related torts.
